Dense blocks are dense aggregate blocks that can be used in a variety of different applications. Their performance makes them especially applicable where durable, robust blockwork that requires good sound insulating properties or high compressive strengths are required in commercial, industrial, or housing projects. They are not intended to be left fairfaced but used with a secondary finish.

Dense 7.3N Block 100mm

This low density block is very versatile and can be used in a variety of applications including external walls, foundations, partitions and separating walls.

Aerated 3.6N Thermal Block 100mm

This block has been specifically designed for applications such as flats of three storeys and above, offices, supermarkets and retail parks, where loading conditions require a 7.3N/mm2 building block.

Aerated 7.3N Thermal Block 100mm

A range of recycled low density polyethylene damp proof membranes, suitable for use above or below concrete floor slabs, or above precast concrete flooring systems, in accordance with clause 11 of CP 102:1973, where there may be capillary rise of moisture but not where it may be subject to hydrostatic pressure (below ground). The material is chemically inert and is not affected by acids and alkalis that may be present in the sub soils. For jointing adjacent sheets Jointing Tapes should be used.

Universal DPM 300u (1200 gauge) 4 x 25m

A flexible polymeric sheet material, used within masonry walls to prevent the passage of moisture from the ground and at all levels as cavity trays to prevent the downward movement of water.

• Under normal working conditions, the DPC material will remain effective for the design life of the masonry structure

These are medium density aggregate blocks that can be used in a variety of different applications. Their performance makes them especially applicable where lower thermal conductivity or reduced weight is required in housing applications such as cavity walls, internal partitions, separating walls and beam & block flooring. They are not intended to be left fairfaced but used with a secondary finish.

Lightweight 7.3N Medium Density Block 100mm

This block is manufactured with full height voids which reduce the unit’s overall weight. Steel reinforcement can be located in the block voids which is then surrounded with suitable poured concrete to created reinforced structures.
