Ideal for constructing external walls in residential and small commercial buildings up to 15m high, it fits a cavity width of 76-100mm. With a multi-drip feature to prevent moisture migration, it meets performance requirements for use in external masonry walls, and carries BBA, NHBC and CE quality approval marks.

Product Description

This General Purpose Type 2 Wall Tie, with a size of 225mm, comes conveniently packaged in a box of 250 pieces. Ideal for construction of external walls in residential homes, as well as small commercial buildings up to 15 metres tall, it's suitable for a cavity width of 76-100mm. It offers a multi-drip feature, designed to counteract moisture migration across the cavity. Meeting the performance requirements of Approved Document E for usage in external masonry walls, this wall tie has BBA approval and NHBC technical requirements compliance. In addition, it carries the CE mark attesting to its quality standards.
