This 120gsm membrane, 1.5m x 50m, adheres to BS5534:2014 standards and is BBA-approved. Suitable for cold and warm unventilated pitched roof and vertical applications, it minimizes wind load, rain, snow, and dust effects. It also helps prevent excessive moisture infiltration, optimizing the roof drainage system.

Product Description

This breathable membrane of 120gsm, sizing 1.5m x 50m, is designed to meet the standards of BS5534:2014 when applied in a cold pitched roof environment. It has been given BBA approval* ensuring its efficiency in both cold and warm unventilated pitched roof construction as well as in vertical application. The membrane serves multi-purpose, from minimising wind uplift load, rain, snow and dust effects, to preventing excessive moisture from infiltrating roofing coverage and consequently, optimising the roof drainage system.
