This Silicone Waterseal Sealant, provided in a 310ml quantity, is a one-part, low modulus sealant that adheres excellently to both porous and non-porous construction materials. Meeting ISO 11600-25LM and 9047 class 50 percent specifications, it promises high-quality performance. This sealant also boasts superior weatherproof traits, including resistance to extreme temperatures, ozone, and UV rays. Its joint movement capability stands at +/-50 percent, while the working time ranges between 20 to 30 minutes, offering fast-curing properties and tack-free results within 2 hours. It can be applied within a temperature range of -20 to +50°C. Primarily effective for weather sealing on building facades, curtain walling, and expansion joints, it also serves as a reliable frame sealant.
