This external use, Stainless Steel Expanded Metal Lath measures 700mm x 2500mm and is manufactured with a 0.4mm thickness of galvanised steel. It enhances external render finishes by serving as a carrier where there's no backing or key. It can be easily moulded into arches or curves and effectively prevents cracking over columns or chases. The lath is also easy to cut to size with the use of tin-snips or aviation cutters. It serves as a functional carrier for fire protection finishes when applied to structural steelwork. With a strand thickness of 0.5mm and mesh size of 9.2 x 28.6mm, it is user-friendly, easy to fix and work with.
