Our brown, 310ml Silicone Waterseal Sealant is a low modulus, weatherproof solution. Adheres to various building materials, withstands temperature extremes and is resistant to UV rays. Joint movement capability of +/-50 percent with quick curing and a 20-30 minute work window. Suitable for weather sealing on facades, curtain walling, expansion joints, and as a frame sealant. Complies with ISO 11600-25LM and 9047 class 50 percent standards.

Product Description

This 310ml Silicone Waterseal Sealant in brown is a one-part, low modulus sealant that provides impressive adhesion, applicable to both porous and non-porous building materials. Boasting remarkable weatherproof properties, it resists extreme temperatures and is immune to the effects of ozone and UV radiations. The sealant boasts a joint movement capability of +/-50 percent and offers a working time of 20-30 minutes. It's fast-curing as well, becoming tack free in 2 hours. The product can be applied in a temperature range of -20 to +50°C and is ideal for weather sealing curtain walling, building facades, expansion joints, and also as a frame sealant. Compliant with ISO 11600-25LM standards, it also meets ISO specifications on 9047 class 50 percent.
